    Prince Ivanhoe; but where?

    Another pic posted by a friend on FB. At first I thought it was the Kyles at Tighnabruaich, but she's very low in the water; could this be a picture of her beached/sinking after the grounding?

    Yes, the pic shows her beached in Port Eynon Bay, after she struck a submerged object. Looks as if the pic was taken later that day, after all the passengers had been rescued.
    What a sad end to a lovely ship which would have supported Waverley superbly around the UK coast.
